All sales are final. Because each restaurant meal is individually prepared for you when you place an order, orders cannot be modified, altered or change in any way, once they are placed and confirmed. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order is placed, as such, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
All food preparation and deliveries are the combined responsibility of WTE and respective restaurant accepting the order. Please be aware that WTE and participating restaurants will do everything we can to meet the delivery time you specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
You must notify WTE immediately if you decide to cancel your food order, preferably by phone, and quote your online order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of food delivery has been completed and/or food delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched.
Advance orders are also subject to this cancellation policy. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Please contact us to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation or modifications.
In rare circumstances where a restaurant cannot fulfill your order, or the product is not available for any reason, we may cancel the order. In such scenario, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
If the cancellation is made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 07 days, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the goods or services, as applicable.
